Randy Rosado is an author, professional speaker, entrepreneur and small business consultant. He began his career in 1992 while still attending college when he started his first technology company with brother, Chris. After graduating in 1995 with degrees in Management Information System and International Business, Randy relocated to Boston, Massachusetts. While there he would provide technical consulting for some of the largest financial and advertising companies in the world, before relocating once again to South Florida in late 2000.

As a Systems Administrator with HP, Randy serviced a major financial investment client located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, before leaving the company in 2005 to manage several branches of a nationwide mortgage company with his wife, Michelle. The company flew Randy around the country to host sales and marketing presentations, staff trainings, and all day motivational seminars. He is still active in financial services and real estate, in addition to his speaking and consulting services.
